pml have global experience in supplying a full cathodic protection package for capital projects on pipelines, refineries, gas plants and jetties etc.

Packages would typically include:

  1. Initial survey (including soil resistivity and identification of all factors that would influence cathodic protection system design)
  2. Full engineering design (including preparation of all deliverables, CAD drawings, design, commissioning and operations manuals, material specification and bills of quantity)
  3. Materials and equipment manufacture, procurement and supply
  4. Full project documentation (including Quality plan, materials data book, spares lists)
  5. Project management and installation supervision
  6. Pre-commissioning and commissioning including full reporting
  7. End user staff training and handover
  8. Post commissioning surveys
  9. Final documentation
